As an editor on BT TV’s customer engagement programme, I planned and created tailored content to drive customer engagement and satisfaction, while highlighting the biggest new releases on BT TV.
 

  • I developed quarterly and monthly editorial strategies, targeting multiple customer personas and aligning with BT TV’s business goals.

  • I worked closely with designers and video editors to conceptualise and create engaging email and social content.

  • I created mini-campaigns to celebrate important TV moments, like the arrival of David Attenborough’s Our Planet on Netflix.​
